Two day long NMF-BIMRAD dialogue and seminar on the theme of “Transitioning to a Regional Blue Economy within the Bay of Bengal” held on 20 and 21 June, 2019 in New Delhi, India at NMF premise. The whole seminar was conducted on three contemporary topics: (1) Collaborative and Cooperative Approach to the Blue Economy; (2) The impact of Climate Change upon Holistic Maritime Security in the Bay of Bengal; and (3) Connectivity as a Driver of Economic Integration of the Bay of Bengal: Opportunities and Challenges. Different maritime thinkers and stakeholders, scholars and other dignitaries attended at the dialogue seminar.
